QUALITY CONTROL FUNCTIONS
Quality control plays a major role in properly maintaining the complete infrastructure. The overall quality of different departments and units is taken care of by the quality control team. Quality is our main objective, and 100% quality is maintained in each and every process from sourcing, manufacturing and transporting the finished order to the clients. The work of the quality control team is to inspect, supervise and provide reports on making size set, pilot run, initial, mid, and final inspection for all the processes involved. The samples and the finished products reach the clients only after the final approval is passed by the Quality control department.
The quality sustained by Evergreen Textile is visible via our Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) range maintained between 1.5% to 2.5% for all our orders. Apparels are produced as per the factory norms.
LAB TESTING
Lab tests are carried out to check the sourced fabrics and the finished apparels. We provide all kinds of lab tests and perform specialized tests according to the client’s needs. International standards are followed for all lab testing. Printed and Embroidery garments also undergo lab tests.
